How do I place an order?
1. First, you choose a Royales costume to get to the product page.
2. On the product page you then have the option of choosing a canvas size (21 x 30cm) or (50 x70cm).
3. Then upload a suitable, easily recognizable portrait photo.

WHICH PHOTO should I upload?
For best results, we recommend high-resolution (HD) photography (portrait).
Basically, almost any photo on which the face (head area) can be clearly seen can be seen use.

DELIVERY
HOW LONG DOES THE PROCESSING TAKE? THE DELIVERY?
Immediately after your order, your order will be processed in our graphics department.
We aim to deliver your portrait to you within 4-5 working days.

THE PORTRAIT
How is my portrait created? ... Is it software?
We can reassure you - it is not software!
Each portrait is digitally processed by one of our designers.
First, the designer prepares the royal background, i.e. the canvas structure of the original painting is analyzed and a profile is generated.
Then your uploaded photo will be processed. That means analyzed, released and optimized.
In the final step, the released head is implemented on the painting, adapted and a color correction carried out.
After the pre-press process has been completed, your portrait goes into print preparation, where it is prepared for optimal printing and finally checked by one of our printing experts.

What if I am not satisfied with my portrait?
Our team is really talented, should it still happen that you don't like your picture, you can easily contact our support. We will then check your case :)
