Right of Withdrawal

You have the right to withdraw from this contract within 14 days without giving any reason, provided that no exclusion applies (see below).

The withdrawal period is 14 days from the day on which you or a third party named by you, who is not the carrier, have taken possession of the last item of your order.

To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us (RoyalesPortrait, a service provided by DealBee UG (haftungsbeschränkt), Südring 69a, 65795 Hattersheim am Main, Germany, email: info@royalesportrait.de, phone number available on request) of your decision to withdraw from this contract by means of a clear statement (e.g. by letter sent by post or by email).

To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient for you to send your communication concerning your exercise of the right of withdrawal before the withdrawal period has expired.

Effects of Withdrawal

If you withdraw from this contract, we shall reimburse you for all payments received from you, including delivery costs (with the exception of any additional costs arising if you chose a type of delivery other than the least expensive standard delivery offered by us), without undue delay and in any event not later than 14 days from the day on which we received notification of your withdrawal.

For such reimbursement, we will use the same means of payment as you used for the initial transaction, unless expressly agreed otherwise with you; in no event will you be charged fees as a result of such reimbursement.

We may withhold reimbursement until we have received the goods back or you have supplied evidence of having sent back the goods, whichever is the earliest.

You shall send back or hand over the goods to us without undue delay and in any event no later than 14 days from the day on which you communicate your withdrawal. The deadline is met if you send back the goods before the period of 14 days has expired.

You will bear the direct costs of returning the goods.

You are only liable for any diminished value of the goods resulting from the handling other than what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics and functioning of the goods.

Exclusion of the Right of Withdrawal

The right of withdrawal does not apply to contracts for the supply of goods that are not prefabricated and whose production is based on an individual choice or specification by the consumer, or goods that are clearly personalized or made to the consumer’s individual needs.
